Hi, I’m Hannah Kaempf. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Life can be overwhelming at times, and having a place to process challenges openly can make all the difference. My goal is to provide that outlet, one where you feel safe to explore your experiences and build the tools needed to create meaningful change.
I take a person-centered approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and honoring your unique story. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up authentically, especially during life’s more vulnerable moments. I also believe in normalizing both the highs and the setbacks that come with being human, because growth isn’t linear, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
In my work, I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, women’s mental health, trauma, addictions, and life transitions. My approach is warm and supportive, while also gently challenging you to take steps toward positive growth and lasting change. Together, we’ll work to build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of empowerment in your life.
If you’re ready to begin your therapy journey, or continue the work you’ve already started, I’m here as a supportive person in your corner.
