Insurance & Fees

At CPH Mental Health Counseling, we believe that quality mental health care should be accessible and transparent. We are committed to helping clients understand their options for payment and insurance coverage so that financial concerns never become a barrier to care.

In Network Insurance

We accept a variety of insurance plans and are continually working to expand our partnerships. Please contact our office to confirm that your specific insurance is accepted prior to your first appointment. Commonly accepted plans include:

  • Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield (Pending)

  • Independent Health (Pending)

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

If your plan is not listed, we may be able to provide out-of-network services. Upon request, we can supply you with a superbill to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Private Pay / Self-Pay Options

For clients choosing not to use insurance, or who are not covered, we offer a private pay rate. Fees are based on session type and clinician credentials.

  • Individual Counseling: $150-$200 per session

  • Couples or Family Counseling: $180 per session

  • Evaluations / Reports: Fees vary depending on the type and length of service

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and select digital payments.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
