  • Danielle Cook, MS, LMHC-D

    Danielle Cook, LMHC-D, is the Owner and Director of CPH Mental Health Counseling, with over a decade of clinical experience. She holds dual master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Canisius College and has presented on Gender Dysphoria and other specialties locally, statewide, nationally, and internationally, including at the 2016 WPATH conference in Amsterdam. Danielle serves on the Disorders of Sex Development team at John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital, is Executive Director of the Children’s Growth Foundation, and an Adjunct Professor at Canisius University. Recognized with numerous awards, including Business First’s 40 Under 40 and Who’s Who in Healthcare 2021-2025, she uses she/her/hers pronouns.

  • Courtney Lauder, MS, LMHC

    Courtney Carey, LMHC, earned her BA in Psychology (2007) and MS in School & Community Mental Health Counseling (2011) from Canisius College, and a Trauma-Informed Care certificate from the University at Buffalo (2015). She has worked extensively in community mental health, serving adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and PTSD. Courtney’s experience includes roles as outpatient therapist, clinical supervisor, and utilization review specialist. Skilled in individual, couples, and group counseling, she is trained in CBT, DBT, schema therapy, motivational interviewing, ACT, and trauma-informed care. Pronouns: she/her/hers.

    Eric Frasch, LMHC

    Eric Frasch is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Eric completed his undergraduate degree with Wadhams Hall Seminary College in Philosophy in 1999, completed a master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Christ the King Seminary in 2005, and a master’s degree from Canisius College in Mental Health Counseling in 2020. Eric has worked in community mental health settings as an outpatient substance use and mental health therapist, working with adults and adolescents with mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder. He also had experienced working with couples, individuals, and group counseling. He has training and proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma informed care and counseling. He uses he/him/his pronouns.

    McKayla Brown, MHC-LP

    McKayla Brown completed her undergraduate degree with SUNY Buffalo in psychology and sociology in 2022 and graduated with a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2025. McKayla has experience with providing therapy to individuals with anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, and gender dysphoria. McKayla offers a holistic, client-centered approach that honors each individual’s unique story and strengths. Her goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration, healing, and change. She uses she/her/hers pronouns

    Marvin Henchbarg, MAT, MSEd

    Marvin Henchbarger is an educator who has worked with young people as a high school biology teacher and as a staff member in Residence Life & Housing at the SUNY College at Oswego. However, her favorite career involved supporting and advocating for LGBTQIA+ youth in WNY from 2000-2017. As Outreach Coordinator she will work to connect CPH Mental Health Counseling with the larger community and serve as a link with the individuals and families it aims to assist. Terms that she might use to identify herself include cisgender, female, lesbian, and gender expansive. She uses she/her/hers or they/them/theirs pronouns.
