Hi, I’m Courtney. At my core, I love being a therapist. Supporting people through their most vulnerable moments, helping them untangle the parts of life that feel heavy, and watching them discover their own resilience is truly the most meaningful work I could imagine.
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults facing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, and each person has taught me something about courage, healing, and the power of connection.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I want you to feel safe enough to be open, supported enough to grow, and empowered enough to make the changes that feel right for you. Whether we’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply navigating life’s transitions, my goal is to meet you with compassion and authenticity.
I love this work because it allows me to witness transformation—sometimes in big ways, sometimes in the smallest shifts that change everything. It is deeply humbling to walk alongside people as they rediscover hope, rebuild confidence, and step into a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.
If you’re ready to begin or even just explore what therapy might look like for you, I’m here, and I would be honored to be part of your journey.
