These guidelines help us provide the best care possible while respecting your time, your investment, and the therapeutic process. To help everything run smoothly, we ask all clients to review and follow our office policies:
Appointments & Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. We do our best to accommodate your needs and provide flexible scheduling options.Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to your full session fee.Confidentiality
Your privacy is our priority. All counseling sessions are confidential, except in cases required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).Payments & Insurance
Payment or insurance information is due at the time of service. We accept we accept all major credit cards, health saving cards, and in and out of network insurance. Please contact us with any questions about coverage.Respectful Environment
We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for every client. Respectful communication and behavior are expected at all times. If a client is disrespectful toward office staff, therapists, or administrators, sessions may be ended immediately, and ongoing services may be discontinued.
