Hi, I’m McKayla Brown. I became a therapist because I genuinely love supporting people through their challenges and watching them grow into the strongest, most authentic version of themselves. There is something incredibly meaningful about sitting with someone in their vulnerable moments and helping them feel seen, understood, and not alone.
In my work, I’ve supported individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and questions or exploration around gender identity. What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel comfortable to be yourself—without judgment, pressure, or expectations. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to explore your feelings and supported enough to take steps toward change.
My approach is warm, gentle, and client-centered. I want our sessions to feel like a place where you can breathe, reflect, and reconnect with your strengths. I’m here to walk with you, not push you, and to help you make sense of whatever feels confusing, heavy, or overwhelming.
I love this work because I get to witness resilience every day—people finding hope, building confidence, and discovering parts of themselves they didn’t realize were still there. It’s an honor to be part of that process.
If you’re ready to start your journey, or even just explore what support could look like, I’m here and would be honored to work with you.
I use she/her/hers pronouns.
