Hi, I’m Eric. I became a therapist because I genuinely care about people and believe deeply in their capacity to heal, grow, and transform their lives. Being able to sit with someone in their most honest moments—when they’re struggling, questioning, or trying to understand themselves—is a responsibility I don’t take lightly. It’s a privilege that continues to shape me every day.
My path into this field has taken many forms, from studying philosophy and pastoral ministry to becoming a mental health counselor. Each step taught me something important about what people need: compassion, connection, and a space where they can be fully themselves without judgment. Those values guide every part of my work.
I’ve supported adults and adolescents navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether I’m working with individuals, couples, or groups, my goal is always the same—to create a safe, grounded, and supportive environment where people feel heard and understood. I approach therapy collaboratively, believing that healing happens when we work together and move at a pace that feels right for you.
I’m trained in a number of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. But at the heart of my work is simply being present with people, really listening, really seeing them, and helping them reconnect with the strengths they already have.
What I love most about being a therapist is watching people reclaim parts of themselves they thought were lost, build healthier relationships, and move forward with renewed clarity and confidence. Being part of someone’s healing process is truly an honor.
If you’re looking for someone who will meet you with honesty, respect, and genuine care, I’m here. It would be a privilege to support you on your journey.
